covers InDesign from a printing-production point of view. Users will learn
basic printing skills, printing skills, and the things to avoid that cause
problems in production. This course is for beginners, sets them off on the
right track with good production habits.
Printing/PostScripting
- Separated
PS with Marks to Imagesetters:
(User
learn how to load a PPD's and choose the printer. Users also learn how
un-parse a printer. This feature is not supported with some rips. Course
covers all the basic settings in the print window for printing to Imagesetter.

PS without Marks to PS File:

learn how to load a PPD's and choose the printer. Users also learn how
un-parse a printer. This feature is not supported with some rips. Course
covers all the basic settings in the print window for printing to PS file.
This file can import into an imposition program or Distilled and converted
to PDF. This approach can also be used when going direct to Polyplate
on small area systems where marks are not needed.
